Licensure of Ministry of Health, Singapore, under the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act 1980 (Chapter 248) Parkway Laboratory Services undergoes a regular series of local and internationally-recognised accreditation or certification programmes to meet the quality standards and competency requirements for medical laboratories.


With CAP (College of American Pathologists) accreditation for our Aljunied Core Laboratory, Cytology and Histology facilities, we are benchmarked against the highest international standards of quality management.


Our laboratories at Gleneagles hospital, Mount Elizabeth hospital, Parkway East hospital, Mount Elizabeth Novena hospital, and Aljunied Core Laboratory are compliant with Joint Commission International (JCI) standards and accredited within the hospital JCI accreditation.


Under ISO15189:2012 in the field of Medical Testing, all our laboratories are granted the accreditation to tests stated under the Singapore Accreditation Council, Certificate of Accreditation No. LA-2016-0629-H and LA-2016-0629-H1 to H4.


We are certified under the Health Promotion Board (HPB) Screen for Life Programme to meet the quality standards for both Cervical Screen Singapore and National Colorectal Cancer Screening Programme to process Faecal Immunochemical Test (FIT) samples.


Our laboratories at Gleneagles hospital, Mount Elizabeth hospital, Parkway East hospital and Mount Elizabeth Novena hospital are also subjected to inspection by the Health Sciences Authority for the provision of blood transfusion services.
