Dr. Ian Chandler has practiced as a Histopathologist since 2001, and received undergraduate and postgraduate training at St George’s Hospital Medical School in London, United Kingdom. His training included two years at the Institute of Cancer Research in the Royal Marsden Hospital in London working on prognostic molecular markers in colorectal cancer to obtain his MD degree by thesis before his appointment as a Consultant. He was previously a Consultant Pathologist in Parkway Laboratory Services from 2016 to 2019 before moving back to the UK. We are delighted that he has returned to work in Singapore this year and has started taking cases in PLS since 1st April 2024. His subspeciality interests include Gastrointestinal and Breast pathology.
