Sample Requirement:

Collect a small scoop of stool (or about 2mL for watery stool) in a screw cap container with the attached spatula.

A single stool sample may not be sufficient to exclude parasitic infection. Correlate laboratory findings clinically and submit another stool sample if required. Optimally, 3 faecal specimens collected over a 7 to 10 day period should be submitted. Only one sample should be sent on any given day.
