Sample Requirement:

For Single Genes test by Sanger (KRAS/NRAS/BRAF) :

1. Surgical/Biopsy - 5 unstained FFPE (5-10µm) and 1 H&E slides with tumour content >40%

2. Core biopsy/FNA - 10 unstained FFPE (5-10µm) and 1 H&E slides with tumour content >40%

3. Cytology Smear - 1-3 stained slides, with > 1000 tumor cells / >3000 nucleated cells, tumour content >40%

For MSI:
1x H&E + 5 unstained FFPE Tumor Slides with Tumor Content >25%
